My experience & expertise includes conducting workshops, delivering training sessions, and presenting to students, staff, faculty, healthcare professionals, and administrators.
Specialties: White Racial Identity Development Theory, racially responsive supervision, organizational racial culture & climate, racially responsive reproductive healthcare and perinatal mental healthcare, and career counseling during the perinatal process.
Consultation
Assessment and consultation is tailored to the specific needs and scope of the organization. I tend to offer consultation services focused on addressing issues of racial inequity & need for improved racial responsiveness in the system, with a particular expertise on healthcare training, leadership, and workplace interpersonal dynamics.
